How that works, 

The guest chooses the cuts of meat and / or seafood on display, according to their own taste / choice , which vary in price .

For  example : a sausage for £2 to a pork chop for £ 4 ( purely for indicative purposes )  

So the guest builds up his / her plate according choice. 

The bbq will be operational with chef in attendance  on the decking area ( weather permitting ), and customer has the choice to sit outside or within the restaurant area.
