The seafood cooking demo will consist of …….

Live participation of 10 guests  max , with Cammies chefs in the kitchen , understanding simple, easy,  yet tasty seafood dishes using local produce , that can be made at home with ease for family and or guests.

The participants can taste the days dish shared among all.

Demonstrations and equipment used are geared for attending guests be able to practice at home rather than in a commercial kitchen .

The demo is offered in a casual / informal setting and guests can practice the art of cookery  in situ if one is willing and able to join.

The subsequent sessions to follow will include dishes by popular consensus of participants.
