Nalin, our beloved chef and the visionary behind Cammies, is a proud Sri Lankan man whose passion for cooking runs deep. With decades of culinary experience and an unmatched love for his heritage, he brings every dish to life using precious Sri Lankan spices, traditional techniques, and heartfelt care. In fact, Cammies is the only place in Northeast Scotland where you can enjoy a truly authentic Sri Lankan meal, and that’s all thanks to Nalin’s expert hand in the kitchen.

This isn’t just another buffet. On 31st July, we’re celebrating first year of Sri Lankan Buffet Night — one of our most popular event evenings — and we’re making it even more special for our guests.

New! Cook with Nalin Session – Ever wanted to see how Sri Lankan meals are really made? This time, you’ll have the chance to participate in a live cooking session with Nalin himself, where he’ll share traditional cooking methods, tips, and stories behind the food. It’s an experience you won’t forget — engaging, educational, and delicious!

Two-Course Buffet Meal – Enjoy a mouthwatering Sri Lankan spread prepared with love and precision. You’ll get two full courses of flavour-packed dishes, full of aromatic spices, vibrant colours, and bold tastes — all for just £25 per person.
